A few weekends ago we ran away from cold New York to sunny Arizona. We rented a car and drove all over the state, exploring its gorgeous national parks, cute towns, and incredible nature.

One of my favorite highlights of this weekend getaway was a Goat Yoga class. If you’ve been following this blog in the past, you probably know that we always do some kind of animal-related activity for my birthday: visit a farm, go to a zoo, etc.

What: Goat Yoga
Where: Welcome Home Ranch in Gilbert, Arizona
How much: $15 online ticket plus $5 mat rental
What happens during class: a teacher leads the class through elementary yoga sequences, goats wander around and hop on and off peoples’ backs, and everyone quickly forgets about yoga and starts taking pictures and cuddling baby goats instead. Watch the video to see how it goes!
