Access

During your stay, you’ll have access to all parts of the home, except for the garage and the locked shed in the backyard. Parking is a breeze with both the driveway and on-street parking in front of the house.

Space

This one-story home is easily accessible with no steps, making it a convenient choice for all guests. The property features a master KING bed and two guest rooms with queen-size beds. The master bedroom has an attached bathroom, while the guest rooms share a common bathroom.

The open and spacious living room includes a bar sitting area, and there’s a dedicated dining room as well as a dedicated desk space for a laptop. For some family fun, we provide a game board area – just be sure to return the games in an orderly manner.

Prepare for relaxation and entertainment in the back patio space, complete with a gas grill, ready for your BBQ adventures. We provide a full propane tank, but for longer stays, additional propane can be filled or charged separately.

You’re welcome to use the washer and dryer in the laundry room, ensuring you have all the conveniences of home.

The kitchen area offers ample fridge space and even a mini fridge. It’s stocked with all the basic cooking tools and necessities. For larger pots and pans, feel free to inquire with us.

Please note that the fireplace is decorative and not for actual use.

House Rules

For a smooth experience, please note our check-in and check-out times: check-in is after 3 PM, and check-out is by 10 AM. We’ll do our best to accommodate any flexibility needed, but please inform us at least 24 hours in advance. Early check-in and late check-out fees apply, and staying beyond the check-out time incurs an additional fee as our cleaners work on an hourly schedule.

Our home is a smoke-free environment, and smoking is strictly prohibited inside. If you choose to smoke outside, please ensure proper disposal of litter to avoid a $100 extra cleaning fee. Evidence of smoking inside the home will result in a $200 smoking fee.

To respect our neighbors, no parties or events are allowed unless pre-approved before check-in. Unauthorized events or parties will incur a $1,500 fee.

Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate pets at this time. Service animals are always welcome.

Please observe quiet hours between 10 PM and 8 AM. Violations of this rule will result in a $500 quiet hours fee.

Safety around the pool is essential. Adult supervision is required in the pool area, and running or rough play is discouraged. The pool area is used at your own risk, and glass containers are not allowed near the pool.

We kindly ask that you treat our home with respect. Any damage to the property or its contents will be charged to the guest.

Trash should be properly disposed of in the provided bins, and recycling is encouraged.

Please do not exceed the maximum occupancy of 16 guests.

Free parking is available but limited to four vehicles parked overnight. We ask that you park responsibly.

All guests staying overnight must be accounted for, as our property charges an extra guest fee for each guest over six. Providing the correct number of guests is essential to avoid a $50 per guest fee per night.

Cancellation Policy

For a full refund of the accommodation fees, cancellations must be made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 full days before the local check-in time (or 3:00 PM if not specified) on the day of check-in.

Cancellations made seven full days prior to the local check-in time (or 3:00 PM if not specified) on the day of check-in are eligible for a 50% refund of the accommodation fees. Unfortunately, no refunds are provided for cancellations made less than seven days in advance or for early departures after check-in. Service fees are non-refundable.

In case of a complaint from either party, notice must be given to us or the platform within 24 hours of check-in. Please be aware that this cancellation policy may supersede the guest’s cancellation policy in certain extenuating circumstances. Decisions regarding cancellations and refunds are at our discretion, and we recommend guests consider appropriate travel insurance to cover unforeseen cancellations.
