Description This lovely and cozy home is minutes from the Medical Center. It is a one-story home with touches of 1980’s charm. Easy access to the Major Hospitals (Methodist, VA, Christus Santa Rosa, and University), Lackland AFB, Sea World, Six Flags Fiesta Texas, The Shops at La Cantera, UTSA, Downtown, and more. Wake up feeling fully rested in our comfortable beds and enjoy your morning coffee and tea on the relaxing patio.

Interaction I will be accessible 24/7 to you via phone, text, or on the Airbnb app. You can expect a quick and prompt response. I’ll give you all the space you need but am available for every inquiry!

Access Home access is provided through a digital keypad. You will be issued a door code that will be active only through your stay. Please enjoy the whole house and outdoor patio and yard. The washer and dryer are located in the garage for use, but beyond that, there is no parking available in or use of the garage. The closet in the master bathroom is locked and used by the host and cleaners.

Indoor Living Space Relax in the comfy and cozy large living space with a couch, loveseat, and two chairs. The large windows that open up to the patio bring in nice natural light. Relax together and stream your favorite shows on the 50″ TV complete with Hulu and Disney+ streaming. There are also board games available for a fun family activity.

Kitchen and Dining The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, a Keurig for your morning coffee, and everything you need to cook a full meal. The large dining table has chairs to seat 6, there are also 3 seats at the bar and a high chair as well. There is also a small table in the breakfast nook, where you can enjoy a cup of morning coffee. There are plenty of seats to fit the whole family.

Bedrooms

• Room 1: Master bedroom, king bed with a comfortable Zinus Memory Foam Mattress, private attached full bathroom, bathtub, walk-in closet, television with streaming available on Hulu and Disney+. This bedroom also has a desk workspace for a perfect place to work from home.
• Room 2: Queen bed with Zinus Memory Foam Mattress, shared bathroom, walk-in closet.
• Room 3: Twin bed with pullout twin size trundle both Zinus Memory Foam Mattress, closet. This room also has a pack and play and high chair stored in the closet if your family may need it.

Outdoor Space We offer a peaceful patio with a swing and two rocking chairs. It is a perfect quiet place to start your morning with a cup of coffee or end your day with a glass of wine. Behind the patio, there is a small yard for your pets or kids to run and play. There are many Texas native wildflower plants and grasses in the yard as well that host many butterfly visitors throughout the day.

Cancellation Policy For a full refund of the accommodation fees, cancellation must be made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 full days before the local check-in time (or 3:00 PM if not specified) on the day of check-in.

For a 50% refund of the accommodation fees, cancellation must be made 7 full days before the local check-in time (or 3:00 PM if not specified) on the day of check-in, otherwise no refund. If the guest cancels less than 7 days in advance or decides to leave early after check-in, the nights not spent are not refunded.

Service fees are non-refundable.

If there is a complaint from either party, notice must be given to us or the given platform within 24 hours of check-in.

Please note that this cancellation policy may supersede the guest’s cancellation policy when considering certain extenuating circumstances. Us or a travel platform will make a final decision on all cancellations and refunds.

Guests are encouraged to take out appropriate travel insurance to cover any unforeseen cancellations.
