Easy Hawaiian Pineapple Coconut Fluff Recipe

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup of chopped macadamia nuts, toasted and cooled
  • (3.4 ounces) packages of coconut cream instant pudding mix
  • 1 (20 ounces) can of crushed pineapple, including the juice
  • 1 (8 ounces) can of crushed pineapple, including the juice
  • 1 (14 ounces) can of sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 (16 ounces) jar of maraschino cherries, well-drained
  • 3 cups of mini marshmallows
  • 1 (16 ounces) tub of frozen whipped topping, thawed

Directions:

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 350°F, then spread the chopped macadamia nuts in a single layer on a baking sheet, and place it in the oven to toast for about 4 to 6 minutes. Remove it from the oven, then set it aside on the counter to cool completely.

Step 2

In a medium-sized mixing bowl, add the pudding mix, crushed pineapple, and condensed milk, then mix them until well combined and until the instant pudding mix has dissolved completely.

Step 3

Add the maraschino cherries, marshmallows, half of the whipped topping, and toasted macadamia nuts (reserve 1 tablespoon for later), then gently fold them together until evenly distributed, and cover the bowl with plastic wrap.

Step 4

Place it in the refrigerator, then let it chill for at least 4 hours before serving, and garnish it with the reserved whipped topping, toasted nuts, and more cherries. Serve and enjoy!
