Ingredients:
- 2 lb beef stew meat can
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
- 15 oz tomato sauce
- 15 oz diced tomatoes
Add for later:
- 12 oz egg noodles
- 2 cups of shredded sharp cheddar cheese, divided
Directions:
Step 1
To start, add the stew meat to the slow cooker followed by 1 1/2 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp ground black pepper, 2 tsp Italian seasoning, 1/2 tsp garlic powder, 1/2 tsp onion powder, 15 oz diced tomatoes, and 15 oz tomato sauce. Mix well until everything is combined. Cover the slow cooker with its lid, set it on low, and cook for six to eight hours.
Step 2
In the meantime, cook the egg noodles to al dente, and drain. Once the beef is done cooking, add the cooked egg noodles and 1 cup of shredded sharp cheddar cheese. Mix everything until well combined. After this, drizzle another cup of shredded cheddar cheese on top and cook for a further 20 minutes to let the cheese melt. Serve and enjoy!
