Instructions

Step 1:

Start by lining a 9×9 inch dish with foil or parchment paper. Spray it with cooking spray or wipe with melted butter to help it peel off later.

Step 2:

In a medium heavy-bottomed pot, add 2 cups of chopped semisweet chocolate, 2 cups of chopped bittersweet chocolate, 28 oz of Sweetened Condensed Milk, and 1 teaspoon of sea salt.  You can also add a cup of walnuts or pecans, if you want some crunchy texture to your fudge. Place it over low heat and stir frequently.

Step 3:

Once the mixture becomes thick and shiny, add the vanilla and pour it into your prepared dish and smoothen the top with a spatula. Set it aside and allow it to cool completely for at least an hour.

Step 4:

Once the fudge has cooled down, remove it from the dish, peel the foil or paper, and slice it into squares using a sharp knife. You can enjoy it right away or wrap in parchment or wax paper for later consumption.
