According to this map of the Oil Pipelines in the Caspian region, Iran has no direct oil pipelines to Europe, and a proposed Pipeline to Asia has been blocked for years because of quarreling between India and Pakistan and instability in Afghanistan.

Pakistan’s FM on Thursday said implementation of the Turkmenistan-Afghanistan-Pakistan-India gas pipeline was beneficial for the entire region, with Afghanistan alone to get $1 billion as transit fee and royalty.

Afghanistan is estimated to have more than $1 trillion in minerals and rare earth reserves.

China is eager to explore them within the BRI following Washington’s poor performance in delivering major energy, infrastructure, and connectivity projects over the past 20 years.

Why China won't need a pipeline thru Afghanistan: There are already multiple oil/gas pipelines from Central Asia to China.

Who is funding the pipeline?  Could it possibly be Burisma?  Is this an arms for pipeline Biden political deal?
