Breaking News: Auxiliary Nurse Suspected in Mohbad’s Tragic Death – Lagos Police Uncover Details

In a recent press briefing on Friday, October 6th, the Lagos State Police Command disclosed new information regarding the tragic death of the young singer Mohbad. According to Commissioner of Police, Idowu Owohunwa, a prime suspect has emerged in this case – Ms. Feyisayo Ogedengbe, an auxiliary nurse.

It’s been revealed that Ogedengbe administered a series of injections to the 27-year-old singer on September 12th at Mohbad’s residence. These injections contained potent medications, including Tetanus Toxoid, paracetamol, and Cetrazone (an antibiotic). Unfortunately, these injections triggered an immediate adverse reaction in Mohbad, causing symptoms like vomiting, goosebumps, and convulsions.

What makes this situation even more concerning is that Ms. Ogedengbe was not qualified to perform nursing duties in a home setting. Her actions were deemed professionally negligent, and the medical procedures were carried out in a non-clinical environment.

Commissioner Owohunwa also identified other individuals as suspects in the case, including Naira Marley, Sam Larry, Primeboy, and one other person. So far, the police have identified 26 witnesses as part of their ongoing investigation into this tragic incident.

Moreover, the Commissioner shed light on a physical altercation that took place between Mohbad and his childhood friend, Ibrahim Oluwatosin Owodunni (known as Primeboy), during a show they attended together on September 10th. This fight ultimately led to injuries that contributed to Mohbad’s untimely passing.

As the investigation unfolds, more details may come to light, shedding further clarity on this heartbreaking event.

New Trouble for Nairamarley

Naira Marley, the Nigerian singer, is in legal trouble once again. A court, headed by Justice Nicholas Oweibo of the Federal High Court in Lagos, has issued a production warrant against him. This legal action is related to charges brought against Naira Marley by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC). He is facing 11 counts of conspiracy and credit card fraud.
