Ingredients
- Wheat berries / Peeled wheat ( 3 cups )
- Water ( 11 cups ) ( for cooking )
- Rose water ( 6 tbsp )
- Sugar ( 8 tbsp or as your taste )
- Walnut
- Almond nut
- Raisins
Methods
- Firstly, soak the wheat berries with the water for 7 hours.
- Then, cut the nuts into small pieces.
- Then, put the soaked wheat berries, water in the pan and cook it until the wheat berries are cooked perfectly.
- Then, add the sugar, rose water to the pan and cook it for 3 minutes.
- Then, snayniyeh will be made.
- Lastly, serve this Lebanese snayniyeh with walnut, almond nuts and raisins.
