Heritage Pool Supply Group, Inc. (“Heritage”) announced today that it has acquired Pool Builders Supply of the Carolinas, Inc. (“PBS”), a leading wholesale distributor of pool and spa products in the Southeast. Terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
Headquartered in Charlotte, NC, PBS was founded in 1976 by Olen & Betty Morgan and is run today by their children, Taryn Springsteed & Matt Morgan. The Company operates nine distribution locations across five states (NC, SC, VA, GA, and TN). Taryn, Matt, and the rest of the company’s leadership team will continue to lead PBS’ dedicated employee base under the existing brand banner, ensuring continuity and consistency for customers, suppliers, and employees.
