Redbrook Is Inspired By Nature in Plymouth

With its tall trees and cranberry bogs, it’s easy to see that Redbook was inspired by nature. This newer construction, Plymouth community stretches for 1,400 acres, but only about a quarter of it will ever be developed. Most of the rest of the acreage will stay as it is, solidifying the vision that Redbrook will forever exist as functional and naturally attractive. That’s one of the things that truly makes Redbrook so special. It’s the kind of community where you never have to venture far to experience outdoor fun and recreation, whether that means going kayaking, fishing, swimming, biking, or even hiking in your spare time. The community sits close to Deer Pond, and its only about nine miles from the shore. That’s not to say there aren’t added amenities and conveniences. The Meeting House provides gathering space and a restaurant, plus there’s a community garden, and a newly opened swimming pool and splash pad at the YMCA. There is also some commercial space in the community. Eventually, the master plan for Redbrook includes adding in a mix of townhomes and single-family homes, all of which sit within walking distance of village center. When finished, there will be 1,200 residences to choose from all across the award-winning community. A select group of homebuilders is constructing homes in Redbrook, with your choice of townhomes, twin homes, single-story homes, and two-story homes.  Buyers will find things like hardwood floors, high ceilings, gourmet kitchens and open floor plans throughout the community. You may also find some homes with a full basement or walk-out, as well as a two-car garage for convenience. Some of the neighborhoods in Redbrook are already sold out, while others still have homes for sale. Despite its uniqueness, you’ll find Redbrook only sits in Plymouth about an hour away from Boston and Providence.
