These Condos are Models of Sustainability

There’s something to be said about newer construction, and sometimes what’s even more impressive is when you find condos that are models of sustainability. That’s what you’ll find with three distinctive buildings in the Boston area. Sepia  One of them is Sepia. This newer construction building offers around 80 luxury condos for buyers to consider, typically ranging from around 500 square feet of space for a studio, to around 1,900 square feet for a three-bedroom penthouse unit. At Sepia, you have access to some electric car charging stations, a Hubway Station for bike sharing, plus convenient Zipcar car-sharing services, on-site. You’ll also find a rooftop swimming pool and deck, a fitness club, and concierge services in Sepia.  Lofts at 36A Lofts at 36A is an exclusive condo community with loft-style condos in South Boston. The condos here come with flat panel, wood cabinetry, marble countertops, stained concrete, and high-end finishes throughout. As for community-wide amenities in the development, you’ll find a common roof deck with views of the city and a pet-friendly environment. The property sits especially close to the Red Line, making it easy to commute around the city from the Lofts at 36A in the trendy South Boston neighborhood. The Macallen The Macallen is an upscale condo property with a heated swimming pool and fitness center, a dog run, and concierge services. You’ll also find garage parking, a screening room, and a uniformed doorman at The Macallen. The 12-story property was first built in the mid 2000s and contains around 140 residences today. The luxury condos come in one-, two-, three-bedroom and penthouse layouts. Some of the units recently listed for sale in the building include bamboo flooring, plus you’ll find some private decks. A penthouse unit on the market has its own irrigation system that helps water a private garden.
