About OW Lee  

OW Lee was founded in 1947 by Oddist W. Lee, who started by creating wrought iron gates for the luxurious estates of Southern California. As local patio furniture store owners began requesting Oddist’s elegant designs, he expanded into the outdoor furnishings market and incorporated OW Lee Company in 1954.

Under the guidance of Oddist’s son Bob and his wife Beverly, OW Lee established itself as a reputable name in the casual furniture industry through the latter half of the 20th century. In 2008, Bob and Beverly received a Lifetime Achievement Award from the International Casual Furnishings Association (ICFA), recognizing their contributions to the industry and local communities.  

Today, the third generation of the Lee family — Bob’s son Brian, daughter Terri, and son-in-law Chris — continues Oddist’s dedication to quality craftsmanship. Operating out of a 450,000 square foot manufacturing facility in Comfort, Texas, artisans combine centuries-old forging techniques with modern equipment to produce OW Lee’s beautiful handcrafted collections.
