While Naples is well known for some of its luxury homes and communities, there are a few hidden gems just waiting to be uncovered. One of them is the neighborhood of Sun Terrace, which is found in Central Naples.   This established neighborhood has homes dating back to the 1960s. While they vary in architecture, many homes in Sun Terrace emit Old Florida style points. Unlike some other neighborhoods in Naples, though, single-family homes aren’t the only options for prospective buyers to choose from. As well, Sun Terrace is also close to Freedom Park in Naples, plus close to area shopping, The Naples Zoo, local beaches, and more. To top it off, Sun Terrace sits close enough to Lowdermilk Park. The beachfront park is favored for its volleyball courts, its playground and picnic tables, as well as its facilities and gazebos. The quiet neighborhood of Sun Terrace is found close to Goodlette-Frank Road and US-41 in Naples.
