Large homes are certainly desirable, but in Mockingbird Crossing you also get the advantage of estate sized lots. It’s typical to find 85- to 95-foot-wide lots in the gated community of around 100 or so single-family homes in North Naples. The homes of Mockingbird Crossing typically come in either a single- or two-story floorplan, with layouts typically ranging from 2,500 square feet to upwards of 5,000 square feet of living space. Most homes in the community tend to include anywhere from three- to five-bedrooms and offer at least three-baths. There are eight different floorplans to choose from in the gated community. The DR Horton homes come with either a two-, three-, or four-car garage.  The estate-sized lots of Mockingbird Crossing are complemented by neighborhood park, wetland, and preserve areas. Some of the homes feature preserve views while others offer peaceful water views. Currently, there are a handful of homes for sale in Mockingbird Crossing. All of these homes have at least 3,000 square feet of living space and all sit on nearly a third of an acre of land, although some of the homes are slightly smaller and some are even larger. Homes sold in recent years have included up to four-bedrooms plus a den for flexibility, but some of the homes are sold as five-bedroom homes in the community. Many of the homes come with private swimming pools and outdoor space ideal for living and entertainment. On the inside, you may find a second-floor loft with some of the floorplans. The neighborhood sits close to several options in shopping and dining in North Naples, including the Waterside Shops and Mercato.  In addition, Mockingbird Crossing is close to area beaches and more.
