For beautifully appointed homes and low HOA fees, Bonita Lakes presents an ideal option for potential new buyers. Despite its many inclusions, the community proves to be more affordable than others, and has no CDD. Homes from Toll Brothers first started going up in the community in 2012, and these days there are nearly a dozen different single- and two-story home designs to choose from. Single-family homes in the community often range from around 2,000 square feet of living space, to sometimes homes with well upwards of 4,000 square feet of space. There are more than 250 homes and homesites spread across the entire community of Bonita Lakes.
