It may be relatively small in size compared to other managed communities in this part of Florida, but the exclusive River Reach Estates community certainly offers some mighty water views. This Bonita Springs neighborhood only has eight single-family homes and 12 villas. What it lacks in overall size, however, it definitely makes up for in terms of water access. This gated community of luxury homes sits right on the Imperial River, meaning easy Gulf access for boating. In fact, River Reach Estates is one of the few communities in this part of Florida that is gated, has Gulf access, and also has newer construction homes. Built up in the mid 2000s, you may find that some of the homes have been refreshed in more recent years with newer flooring, newer paint, and other updates. Despite the size of the community itself, the homes of River Reach Estates are typically quite spacious. It’s common for homes in River Reach to include anywhere from three- to six-bedrooms, some of which also include a den.  Homes typically range anywhere from 2,800 to upwards of 4,000 square feet of living space. Each home comes with either a two- or three-car garage, a screened-in lanai, and a private swimming pool. In addition, you may find private elevators, a summer kitchen, and a boat lift or dock, plus also the enjoyment of a maintenance-free lifestyle. Inside the homes, you may find granite countertops, stone or porcelain flooring, and other upscale features and finishes. While there aren’t any common amenities to speak of in River Reach Estates, the community does sit close to Barefoot Beach and Bonita Beach, as well as a short drive away from the shops, restaurants, and entertainment options of tony 5th Avenue South in Naples. It should be mentioned, however, that homes in River Reach Estates don’t often common on the market.
