In terms of real estate, you always hear about the importance of location, location, location, but timing is also key. With this in mind, it seems that pre-Covid investments in the TwinEagles community of Naples are truly paying off. The Ronto Group took over as developer of TwinEagles in 2010 and completely sold out six neighborhoods. By the end of the decade, Ronto had also sold off homesites in a seventh neighborhood and brought in some additional amenities for property owners.  Ronto focused on creating what it referred to as a “golf centric lifestyle”, following a “traditional country club model”. The developer also enhanced the community’s walking paths, gardens, and neighborhood parks. TwinEagles is now considered a Distinguished Emerald Club, putting it in the same category with some of the top private clubs in the world. A large portion of acreage at Twin Eagles is designated natural habitat and TwinEagles is a certified, Audubon International Signature Sanctuary. Hundreds of custom single-family homes and condos reside in Twin Eagles, many of which offer either golf course or preserve views. The homes and condos of TwinEagles also sit conveniently close to some of the region’s best beaches, upscale shops, and dining options.
