For the luxury of new construction estate homes in North Naples, Opus Stone is emerging as an exclusive new option. Planned by Seagate Development Group, Opus Stone will eventually make way for just 51 custom estate homes in this part of the city. Buyers will likely be able to purchase lots for the new homes sometime early next year. Floorplans in the new community will likely range from around 3,200 square feet of living space to sometimes around 5,500 square feet of living space, although available floor plans for Opus Stone have not yet been released to the public. It’s expected many of the homes will start out priced in the multi-million-dollar range. As for now, the developer is collecting information online for what it calls its VIP Insider List, which aims to put out more information in the future about potential floor plans, pricing, grand openings, and community updates. The new, 50-acre development of Opus Stone sits close to Vanderbilt Beach Road and Massey Street in the Golden Gate Estates section of North Naples. Living in this part of the city means living close to local shops, restaurants, entertainment offerings, and amenities. North Naples is already home to popular parks and beaches, golf courses, and the many shops and restaurants of Mercato. Seagate Development Group has also constructed luxury homes in other upscale communities in Naples, such as Quail West Golf & Country Club, and in the Isola Bella neighborhood of Talis Park. As well, Seagate completed the custom home enclave of Windward Isle, plus it is building luxury homes in the Palisades community of North Naples, too. Silver Oak is another exclusive development of estate homes in Naples from Seagate Development. At Silver Oak, there are just 10 estate homesites to choose from, all of which are more than one-acre in size.
