Delivery isn’t expected for a few more years, but interest in the new Infinity at the Colony continues to soar. This luxury, new high-rise property will eventually stand 23-stories, and include two towers. The first phase calls for nearly 100 new and exclusive residences overlooking the Gulf and Estero Bay. Buyers can expect to find open concept floor plans and expansive views. The units of Infinity are projected to come with floor-to-ceiling windows, as well as large glass sliding doors which open to a large terrace. You can also expect high ceilings, a mix of flooring, Silestone quartz countertops, and some Thermador branded appliances.  Some units include three-bedrooms plus a den, and around 3,200 square feet of living space, while there are also planned residences with around 3,800 square feet of living space, which includes four-bedrooms plus a den and 4.5-baths. The largest floor plan offers around 4,000 square feet of interior living space. Phase one of Infinity will mark the first new tower to be built at The Colony in about six years, and many of its planned new residences are already sold or reserved. As for some of the private amenities, Infinity will offer an amenity deck with multiple pools, including a beach-entry swimming pool, some lap lanes, plunge pools, cabanas, and a poolside café. There will also be a game room, a par-3 putting course, pickleball courts, bocce lawns, a fire pit, yoga lawns and a dog park.  Other future additions include a playground and basketball courts. As residents of The Colony, those living in Infinity will also have access to Pelican Landing Beach Park on Big Hickory Island.  In addition, there will be the opportunity for golf membership, plus access to a large marina and boat storage. Other nearby amenities include kayaking, the nearby Pelican Landing Tennis Center, and private dining at The Bay Club on Estero Bay.
