An exclusive new community is now selling in North Naples, where buyers can expect to find large floorplans and plenty of luxurious additions. Crews first broke ground for the new Palisades community in fall of last year, and work has been steadily pushing ahead for the new, custom-home community.  The homes of Palisades are described as having Southern California-style architecture, with a stucco exterior. These are typically the two-story models. The largest floorplan is the Palm Springs model, which surpasses 5,000 square feet of space. It also includes more than four-baths and three-car garage. It’s likely you’ll find a mix of wood, tile, and carpeting in the homes. You are also sure to find some energy efficient features, as well as upscale fixtures and appliances.
