A new, resort-style community continues to make strides in Naples. Caymas sits right across from Naples National Golf Club and will eventually offer hundreds of lakefront, single-family homes for sale. Right now, work crews are forging ahead with infrastructure for the new community, while some lots have been graded and the perimeter sodded. So far, only one of the community lakes is complete. Eventually the nearly 800-acre development will make room for around 500 new homes from Stock Development and Pulte Homes. The new homes of Caymas are slated to range from around 2,000 to 4,000 square feet of living space.  Construction should begin soon for one of the eight new model homes from Stock Development. The new model homes should be finished by summer of next year. In all, Stock is offering a dozen different floor plans in different elevations for buyers to consider. These homes from Stock typically include at least three-bedrooms and at least 2.5-baths. Some of the home designs feature a bonus room and study for additional living options. Most of the model homes from Stock come with water views.  Pulte plans to build two new model homes of its own, with four different floorplans from Pulte offered in the community, starting at around 2,300 square feet of living space. Home sales should kick off later this year.  Plans for the clubhouse campus at Caymas include the construction of some swimming pools, indoor and outdoor dining, some social space, and some activity centers. The clubhouse will offer a catering kitchen, billiards room, a private theater, an exercise room, and a golf simulator. Close to the clubhouse will be a lakeside swimming pool, a lap pool, a tiki lounge, bocce courts, and more. In addition, plans call for adding pickleball courts and tennis courts, a kayak launch, a gathering space, a sports pro shop, and a yoga lawn.
