Because of the location, the community is one of the few places in Bonita Springs where homeowners can bask in open views of the Intracoastal. As well, owners in Carolands also enjoy deep-water direct access to the Gulf via Estero Bay. Some homes in the community additionally offer views of distant mangroves with plenty of privacy.
