A brand-new estate home community is headed to Livingstone Road in North Naples. Pulte Homes recently announced its building dozens of new luxury Estate Homes as part of the intimate enclave of Ardena. When finished, Ardena will consist of 77 estate homes, most of which will offer either lake or natural preserve views. Ranging from around 2,500 square feet to upwards of 5,600 square feet of living space, buyers can expect to find flexible floor plans in single, and two-story designs. The homes of Ardena are priced starting in the $600,000s, with some of the largest homes commanding prices topping $1 million. Model homes should start going up early next year, with sales expected to open by summer 2021. Until then, Pulte is offering potential buyers some details about the future homes and what they will offer. The new home designs are expected to provide for open floor plans with large owner’s suites and chef-inspired kitchens. It’s expected that the neighborhood will draw in a range of potential homebuyers too, from retirees to growing families looking for more space in a new home community. Ardena is said to have low fees and no CDD. Located west of I-75 in North Naples, Ardena sits within walking distance of local schools, and close to the shops of Bonita Beach Road and Immokalee Road. The new community is also close to some of the region’s best beaches, including Barefoot Beach and Vanderbilt Beach, and just minutes away from local retailers, grocery stores and entertainment venues.
