Aren't these walnut trees pretty?
They are at the farm we buy our produce from.
They have big community events all the time throughout the year.
They are now gearing up for the Christmas season.
What's been eating these leaves?
The "shamrocks" enjoy cool wet weather.
We've been having some mild rain since yesterday. No big storm.
On one side of the patio, the sky looks like this.
The other side -
One more coat of Paint on the posts and it will be done.
The curtains will get hung and we'll put everything in its place.
I just got tired of the white posts -
I forgot to mention - when I painted the Ceiling fan and all, I found a crack in the glass lights - so we had to use the old ones. I don't care for them and will look for cheap/free replacements after the new year. They seem to be stained just from the years.
What can I say? It bugs me...
A few years ago I saw an outdoor ceiling fan that used Clay Pots as the shades.
It was so cute!
My husband said they might be too heavy and I hate to admit it, but he's right.
I'm now leaning toward painting them. They do make spray paint made for glass...That's probably what I will do. It's less expensive than trying to hunt for 5 clay pots - the size that would accommodate the bulbs.
Two Emu out for a stroll. I don't think their owners knew they were out. The animal control came out and they caught them after they gave them quite the struggle.
This really touched my heart.
As always I will continue to pray for Israel
and AGAINST the Antisemitism that is rising up around the world.
