The Unveilings - end tables, and some Fall Decor

I like the coffee Table and how it turned out.
That is sunlight on the edge of the table...I thought it was scratched.
You can see just a little of the bubble damage on the right.

Today, in spite of everything going on, I kept myself busy - dusting and hauling out the Fall Decor. I'm not in the mood for too much. I think this will be a minimal year for the Fall decor.

My daughter-in-law gave me these towels that I turned into a pillow. She knows I love Ravens - We have a lot of Ravens in our area. I see them and hear them daily. They "play" with Laydee.

The other side of the pillow.

(Nevermore)

I still have the dining area, kitchen, and entryway - but less it more, for this year.

I still have some decor to put out and I need to fill that empty space on the wall.
I do not like empty wall space!

To all you Floridians: My parents used to spend time in their RV in Pensacola and Lake Okeechobee. They brought me back a Burlwood clock. At first, I didn't like it but it has been a part of my living room decor since the late 1980's. My husband recently dropped it and chipped it. Fortunately, he is a good "fixer" knowing that I cherish all the treasures I have been given from my family.

Here are the end tables - the top is so black you can hardly see the damage on the top. I used dollar tree placemats on the table.

On the bookshelf, you are seeing my sister's lighted, Munster Family Hawthorn village that I inherited after her death. Frankly, I wanted to sell it - but my husband loved it because he was a big Munster fan. I remember enjoying the TV show back in the day...along with the original Addams Family.

So he gets the joy of putting up each year.
The intricate detail is amazing...and fun to look at.

The styrofoam it is packed in is hard to get off. I can see a little piece of it...

All 4 sides are detailed.

This lights up and plays the theme song to the Munsters.

There are more pieces but these are my favorites.

They are still in their original containers so they could one day be sold if I wanted to or needed the money. The whole set could go as high as $800+ on eBay. Each piece depends on condition - anywhere from $45 to 85. The Munster House goes for $129 - There are accessories that also are quite expensive.

Since my boys are adults and have no grandchildren, I'm not that big on Halloween. I just put up my stuff that I have had for ages. I have a cardboard skeleton that my mom used to put up on the front door. It used to scare me - I'm trying to find a place for it, inside and I want to protect it in a frame.

I also have some outside pumpkins - I've been using them since my kids were young...

Finally, I do want to remind everyone to continue to pray for the hostages and for Israel.

Also, a blogger friend has a son in the US Military in the Middle East right now.
