This is up at Mt Lassen. Hard to believe today is sunny and in the mid-'60s. Of course, this is 6-7000 feet in elevation and 40 miles from me.
Also hard to believe that my Daffodils are sprouting up.
And some are blooming
Here and there - they are popping up.
This means I will have to plant some March flowers since I used to depend on my Daffodils for Spring color.
And it's hard to believe that 6 weeks ago yesterday I went in for surgery and this Friday I see the surgeon and get my physical therapy all lined up.
My my, where did those 6 weeks go?
They were probably the most boring time of my life. Not fun at all. IT was like I was waiting...just waiting to get through this.
I have to get this Sling thingy off asap - my wrist on my surgical arm and my ring and baby fingers are stiff and get little spasms that shoot up to my elbow. Might be the ulnar nerve and I am PRAYING it will ease up once I am out of the sling. I'm so DONE with surgeries.
I sit here and look out the window and the husband is in front pulling weeds. That's one of the things I like to do. Well, I didn't enjoy it and always tried to put it off but now, I wish I was out there.
I'm bored. I took the sling off to type - my 2 fingers don't want to join in - at least I am hunting and pecking now with 2 hands instead of one. THAT'S PROGRESS!
Hard to Believe, I have 2 more days to go -
Time flies when you're having fun! (NOT!)
