I just caught this article on Greenbiz.com Kraft is going to be converting the whey leftover from cheese making into an energy source that will provide 1/3 of their energy needs! Wow, I gotta say...whey-ta go Kraft!! You have my full support; I'll be having bagels and cream cheese for lunch. :)
