Well, its finally over. Monday Was the court date for the termination of parental rights and the adoption for my Daughter. It was a sickening display (glad my daughter was not there to witness it.) in the courtroom. My ex was laughing and giggling throughout the entire thing. Every time a question came up on "do you understand you are loosing this right" she Smiled Big and almost laughed a yes. At one point the judge upset, says "Do you have a real grip on what your doing? Do you understand the severity of this situation?" and she smiled big and with a resounding YES. Looked at him smug. My attorney shook her head at it, and the G.A.L. even could not believe it. They reiterated the questions back a couple times to make sure and she just sat there, smiling and giggling.

Oh well.. Whatever. Its over, My wife is the mother of my daughter permanently, and that's not going to change. We have our house, we have our dreams and we have our future. What more could we want.
