Porsche introduced a special version of the Cayenne crossover. The modified Platinum Edition has received minor changes in design and additional options. The sales of new Platinum Edition will begin before the end of this year in Europe. Prices start at 74,352 euros.

Exclusive appearance of the new Porsche is rounded out by a high gloss black exterior trim package and new 20-inch wheels. Cayenne is equipped with an automatic anti-glare rearview mirror, Bi-Xenon headlights with the Porsche Dynamic Light System (PDLS), Power Steering Plus, and front and rear ParkAssist. The special interior has leather eight-way electrically adjustable sport seats with Alcantara, Porsche Communication Management multimedia system, as well as Bose Surround Sound system.

In Europe, the car will be sold with a 3.0-liter supercharged V6 engine and Electric Motor that produce 262 horsepower. A hybrid modification of the crossover will be available as well. The structure of the power plant includes a 3.0-liter engine and an electric motor.

In addition, Porsche has already started testing the new generation Cayenne Crossover. Car sales in Europe will begin by the end of next year. The machine will receive the active rear spoiler which changes its position depending on the speed. The model is based on the MLB Evo platform, thus making the car 100 kg lighter than its predecessor.

According to preliminary data, the top version of the new Porsche Cayenne will get a turbocharged V8. The maximum speed of the crossover is about 300 km per hour.
