BMW has officially revealed the new flagship M760Li xDrive sedan at the international motor show in Geneva. The first presentation of the updated car with a V12 engine was held in February, and now it was the public debut of the sedan.

The Bavarians reported that the 6.6-liter M Performance TwinPower Turbo V12T will produce 600 hp and 800 Nm of maximum torque, but that was two weeks ago during the online presentation of the new BMW. According to the latest news, the power is actually 610 hp.

On top of adding an extra ten horsepower to the BMW M760Li xDrive, the Bavarians have not forgotten to also make the sedan faster: the 0-62 miles per hour acceleration time in at 3.7 seconds, while previously it was 3.9 seconds. The maximum speed is rated at 155 mph or 189 mph with the M Driver’s Package specified. The fuel consumption is 18.65 miles per gallon and the CO2 emissions is 294 g/km.

The new BMW M760i has a recalibrated air suspension and Active Comfort Drive system with a Road Preview technology (electronics, suspension control, more precise adjustments, based on the data received from the front camera that monitors the road).

The high-performance model features an aerodynamic styling package that includes an aggressive front bumper and a spoiler on the trunk lid. The car also received a sports exhaust system, decorative accents in Cerium Grey color and exclusive 20-inch alloy wheels with Michelin Pilot Super Sport tires.

The interior is quite recognizable, but the designers added a few special touches to emphasize the uniqueness of this vehicle: the new three-spoke sports steering wheel, stainless steel pedals and illuminated sills.

BMW also reported that the model will receive a complete set of special V12 Excellence. That means, chrome moldings, a grille with a new finish, “V12”nameplate on the trunk lid, additional chrome trim on the rear panel, and a pair of chromed rectangular exhaust pipes added to all the above mentioned magnificence.
