Hand on Heart Jewellery was born in Cumbria and is still home to our Headquarters and Design Studio. There's an exciting presence within the rural town, which really gives us the chance to really reflect on our Customer's needs and what we can do to exceed expectations at every given opportunity. 

Customer Service

Customer Service is at the heart of every business and we are proud to have a fantastic team who deliver a friendly and professional service for all our Customers. Headed up by Sophie, our Customer Service Manager, the department ensures the whole process from start to finish runs smoothly and we deliver an enjoyable service. As well as taking care of the order process, our Customer Service team respond to any enquires that our Customers ask through our social channels, emails and telephone calls.

Fancy joining Sophie's team? We're currently looking for a Junior Office Assistant. This would be the perfect opportunity for a recent school leaver to start their career with a fast progressing company and gain key skills in customer service. The role is based in Penrith, Cumbria.

Production & Design Team

Once an order is placed, it comes directly to our Production Designer, Clare, who prepares the order ready for the design team to start work on. Clare is at the forefront of the design process, ensuring that every design is made to the customers exact specifications, preparing the design briefs and taking care of the handprints, footprints and fingerprints we receive from Customers.

The next step is the fun part! We have a dedicated team of Designers that create the highest quality personalised jewellery which our Customers will treasure. We have two different teams in production; Engraving and Handcrafted. To understand the difference between the two processes we have another resource which can be viewed in one of our other blog posts.

Heather is our Head of Production and Design and takes care of all the Designers as well as creating beautiful new products to keep up with new trends and techniques throughout the year. We have recently released some beautiful pieces of personalised jewellery ready for Father's Day this year. Ellie and Lauran are two of our highly skilled Designers. Ellie heads up the handcrafted side of team whilst Lauran focusses of the engraving department. Mel is one of our new additions to the Handcrafted team and is currently training in all skills within the handcrafted process. Our Production and Design team are expanding once again and we're on the lookout for a Talented Engraving Designer to join our Engraving team. The role is based at our Studio in Penrith, Cumbria.

HoH Yorkshire

Following a rapid growth in the company, we recently opened a new Marketing Department in Keighley, West Yorkshire. Headed up by Rob, our Head of Growth and Digital Commerce, this is where all of our future plans and exciting challenges are hatched. In March, we welcomed Jessica who joined the company as Junior Marketing Executive to the Keighley office. Rob and Jessica (who previously worked with each other in a digital agency in Leeds), have been working on some exciting challenges since the office opened its doors. From our children's drawing range being featured on ITV’s This Morning to launching the business internationally in North America, Australia and New Zealand. 

Following our recent expansion to Yorkshire, we are on the lookout for two bright professionals who are looking to step up their career and take on the opportunity to work for one of the most exciting in-house businesses in Yorkshire. We are looking for an Affiliate Brand Manager and a Digital Marketing Manager to join the ranks at HoH Yorkshire. Both roles will based in Keighley, which is a short distance away from Leeds City Centre.
