Last month marked the beginning of an exciting new era at Hand on Heart Jewellery as we spread our wings and moved into new premises.

Staying close to Penrith, the area that has provided us with fantastic staff and helped us Grow and develop as a company, our new headquarters are down the road in Hackthorpe. The new building is a beautiful hay barn conversion in an area of outstanding natural beauty. We feel it compliments our brand perfectly; both are beautiful, both are subtle and both are unique.

The move is in direct response to Hand on Heart’s rapid growth over the past four years. We’ve gone from a Facebook page to a full ecommerce operation, spanning marketing channels including PPC, SEO, affiliates and social. Our goal is to grow in the right way, and moving to premises that allow us to give good jobs to good people is a key step towards that aim.

The move allows us not only to grow our workforce but also streamline our processes to meet new demand that is increasing at an unbelievable rate.

Our Head of Growth and Digital Commerce, Rob Owlett, took time out from masterminding HoH’s rapid expansion to explain the benefits of, and reasons for, the move:

“We strive to employ the best individuals to look after our customers, from customer service right through to the design team. Our new studio needed to match the quality our staff produce and most importantly the quality of product our customers deserve.

This quality has helped massively in the growth we have achieved to date. With future projections, our new home will allow us to continue our current rate of growth for at least 5 years. We consider Hackthorpe to be a 5 year stepping stone onto even bigger and better things for Hand on Heart.”

The big move isn’t the end of the excitement at HoH either. Bigger headquarters means more space for people and technology. By Christmas, our team will have more than doubled compared to the same time last year and we’re also excited to be bringing in new machines and equipment in the coming weeks.

The build up to the Christmas period is a busy one for HoH; as well as the big move and celebrating our 7th Birthday, it also saw us re-introduce our VIP Christmas launch campaign which gives VIPs exclusive offers and early access to new product lines.
