Almost Done!!!

Ok. So, I just have to let you all know...
Harry Potter was FRIGGIN AWESOME! I realize that some of you may not have seen it yet, and that you may want to. So, I will say no more, than that. Awesome, awesome, AWESOME!!!
Now then,
This morning. Another early one, for me. Same old, same old. Out of bed. Make a pot of coffee. Watch TV, for a bit (even though there was absolutely NOTHING worth watching, this morning.) Then, to the computer.
I started my computer time, by going to school. I have a written assignment due, next Monday. I, being the good student, that I am, have decided to do it today. I have it all written out. Now, I just have to go to the library, and retype it, using Microsoft. (You know you are in a sad, sad place, when you love to write, and yet, your ONLY household computer does not have Microsoft. I mean, that is just plain awful!)
The library opens at 10am, this morning. I plan on being there no later than 11. Then, I will hurry my ass back home, and get cracking, on the yarn.
Yesterday...
We left the house at 2:30.
I stayed in my PJ's, until about 2.  (Seriously...What would have been the point, in getting all dressed up, hours beforehand?)
After writing my post, I had a VERY quick breakfast, then I made my way to the blue recliner. And, that is where I stayed, until it was time to get ready.
So, I have some good news, to report. Sadly, I have have some bad news.
Let's start with the good.
I have only 8 more rows to go, before I pull the handbag, off of the loom. Then, it is time to stitch this baby up, and get with the process, of felting. Sure, I still have to do the handles, but these will be a piece of cake. I mean, they are friggin I-Cords. No big deal, at all. I plan to be done, done, DONE, with this bag, by the end of the day. And, I am super excited. It feels like it has been FOREVER, since I last crossed a project, off of my to-do list. I am totally stoked. Expect a picture tomorrow. (Let us only hope that felting does not completely screw this particular project up.)
Now, time for the bad news.
Before leaving the house yesterday, I spent the entire time, working on the Felted Handbag. The movie was at 3:50. It was just minutes over 2 hours long. Then, we were going to eat. The way I figured, I would be home, by 8. This would give me PLENTY of time, to work on the birthday blanket.
Yeah, well...That didn't happen.
It was about 7:30, by the time we left the restaurant. Then, we had to go to a grocery store. This was news to me. That trip lasted for about 40 minutes, give or take. Then, we had to deal with traffic. And, it was a FLIPPING nightmare. I mean, it was just dreadful. Then, my sweetie had to drop by the Moose Lodge..."For just a quick sec. I just have to do one simple thing. It shouldn't be long at all."
We get to the Moose Lodge. Mom and I wait in the car. And, as soon as my sweetie pie steps inside, I know...WE ARE GOING TO BE THERE, FOR QUITE SOME TIME!!!
I swear, it is completely funny. My baby is constantly getting irritated, by people who think  that other people's time, has no value. Yet, there we were. My mother and I waited in the car, for close to 40 FRIGGIN minutes.
Needless to say, by the time I got home, I was too tired to work with yarn. So, I watched TV, for a bit, then I called it a night.
Without working on the birthday blanket. Well, I had one free day. I guess I used it, yesterday.
Today...
Well, I have already gone over the plans, for today, haven't I?
So, I guess that is it, for today. A short entry, I know. Sorry about that. But, there it is, regardless.
Until tomorrow...
Happy looming, and crocheting.
