Giant Panda
The Giant Panda is a bear native to central-western and south western China. The Giant Panda has a body shape typical of bears, a black-and-white coat, with distinctive black patches around the eyes and over the ears. He lives in mountainous regions, such as Sichuan, Gansu and Shaanxi, but is an endangered species, threatened by continued habitat loss and by a very low birthrate.
