With as busy as my week days are, weekends occasionally slow down and are a time for Baking. After I’m done sifting through cookbooks and plotting the weeks menus (when I’m motivated to do so that is) I enjoy hopping into the kitchen and baking. I stumbled across this photo the other day, sadly my filing system ran into problem this past year so while I have a pretty picture I don’t know where the recipe is that corresponds to it. I believe it’s a cranberry and pineapple loaf – but I might be wrong on that. If I find the recipe I’ll post it up.
