GF ALMOND BUTTER-CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIE

1 cup of Almond Butter (smooth or crunchy)
1/3 c Grade B maple syrup
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp sea salt
1/3 c Grade B maple syrup
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp sea salt
Pre-heat oven to 350’
Fold in 1/2 cup of chocolate chunks (or chips)
Drop tablespoon sized balls of dough onto a cookie sheet and top with additional almonds and chocolate chips if desired
Bake for 10-12 minutes or until cookies turn a slight golden brown underneath
