So, one of my happiest finds this past month is that San Luis Sourdough, my all time favorite bread, is dairy free. Score! Add in the lovely Daiya cheddar shreds and some Earth Balance Spread and all I can say is Grilled Cheese BABY! Comfort food is where it’s at I tell you. And  yes, that is a paper plate - if you aren't already aware CA is in an extreme drought. We eat off paper most days. No, not always a better choice for the environment, but I'd rather recycle paper than waste precious water washing dishes.
