Valentine’s Day Braid

Tags: dough loaf

Here is another Loaf to make with the remaining Swirled Valentine’s Day Dough that you have on hand if you made the dough from our last post.

Instead of dividing the dough in half, as we did for the swirled loaf pan bread, I divided the dough in 3 equal parts.

Then I braided the dough. If you want to go for an even more festive loaf, here are instructions for a 6-strand braid.

Tuck the ends under. Transfer to a baking sheet lined with parchment or a Silicone Baking Mat and let rest for about 90 minutes or up to 2 hours.

Brush with egg white wash and sprinkle with Swedish Pearl Sugar.

Bake for about 30+ minutes or until just set in the middle when pressed.

Happy Valentine’s Day!
