Well, we got an e-mail from Livedeal claiming, again, that all of our posts where more than 30 days old. We uploaded 405 files, totaling more than 228K listings, between January 3rd, 2008 and January 10th, 2008. They are suggesting that we just re-submit the files using the bulk upload tool they offer. They don't seem to want to check the logs, nor their backups.

If they can't do better than this, telling us to spend more time, duplicating our efforts, and risk loosing all of our time and energy again, we may just pull out, and leave the site. We still have a lot of products to post, and yet, is it worth it? They will decide the matter for us based on how they handle things now. It cost us $10 a month just to maintain the store front there, and for being on a site ranked in the 5000 that may be worth it. Yet the effort involved, is it truly worth it? Exposure vs labor - we will have to think about that one very seriously.
