- Mitch tells us about his foray into non-alcoholic beer which he is brewing using a vacuum-distillation method.
- We discuss some of the challenges as well as what drove him to pursue non-alcoholic beer.
- Mitch explains the large number of supply chain and inflation issues putting pressure on small breweries and making it difficult to maintain steady production. Particularly hard hit is European supplied malts.
