Lip balms are great for moisturizing your dry, chapped lips. I found this recipe called Vanilla Mint Lip Icing from Wholesale Supplies Plus. This lip butter will glide over your lips and leave them feeling moisturizing. You can use lip butter any time of the year to pamper your sensitive lips.
