My idea of a wild New Year party is sitting in my recliner waiting for the ball to drop and falling asleep at 11:50. My niece calls me basic because I am kind of basic. I go to Baskin-Robbins and order vanilla ice cream. She calls me basic but a better word is probably boring.
These New Year Party glasses can be difficult to cut because they use 1/8" thick plywood. The wood is so thin that the blade has little resistance and tends to run away from you while making a cut. There is an easy solution to the problem. Stack cutting helps tremendously. The good news is that you get multiple projects cut in the time of one.
There are different techniques to stacking but for me, I use blue painter's tape. Just stack the boards and wrap them in the tape. Apply the pattern and make the cut.
You can easily cut five or more pairs of these classes at a time.
