These Jack-O-Lantern patterns come in three sizes. The Extra large patterns are 11.5" wide, the large patterns are 8" wide, the small patterns are 6" wide.
Each jack is two layers including the optional backer board. In the simulated image above I am showing the backer board painted black and the Jacks painted orange.

I wanted to give you a heads up on this year's Personalized Christmas ornaments patterns. This year I have three choices. I will have the Pet ornaments available in a couple of weeks.
All the patterns will include the year but are designed so you can leave the year off if desired.
Depending on the length of the name the Reindeer can be cut in ~ 30 minutes. I drilled the holes in the tree so they were not cut.
The layered Nativity took me ~ 40 minutes.
The longest cut was the Christmas Stocking. It took me about 45 minutes.
I am not a fast cutter but I am not slow either so your time will vary.
Start working on your list of names and style choices. I hope to start taking orders on September 1st
