Using the included template and instructions, you can cut dozens of these small cardboard boxes at one time on the scroll saw. The box is ~4.75" X 3.5" X 1". These are small boxes. Suitable for jewelry, ornaments, and any small item.

If you print signature stickers then you can easily brand the boxes.

If you look closely at the lid fold you will see some cracking. This can be minimized by using a straight edge along the fold line and you bend the flap. Some cardboard works better than others.

I used a white poster board. You want thin cardboard that will fold with little cracking. Most 10pt or 12pt poster boards will work well. Experiment with different stocks.

Here is a pictorial of the process that I cal sandwich cutting. Basically, you take several sheets of cardboard and sandwich them between two sheets of sacrificial 1/8" plywood. You wrap the stack with tape and apply the template.
