Dinner on September 12th

1, SHIMESABA – marinade Mackerel
2, YAKINASU – grilled egg plants
3, UMEBOSHI – pickled Japanese plums
4, DAIKON-NO-HA – fried leaves of Chinese Radish

This was the first time I made a SHIMESABA.
SHIMESABA is a SASHIMI which is marinated with vinegar and salt. It was a little bit difficult to make it but I succeeded. So we had happy dinner.
