Have you checked out the fabulous Memories & More Card Packs? I think they’re just awesome, not only for memory keeping, but for your cards and other projects, too.
For the cards I’m sharing today I’ve chosen to use the more masculine Best Route Memories & More Card Pack (item 147036) with the very pretty Beautiful Promenade Bundle (item 148389) for some fun, bright, and bold cards.
The first step was to cut a layer of Basic Black Cardstock (item 121045). I stamped the flower image from the Beautiful Promenade Stamp Set (item 146842) in Versamark ink (item 102283). I then heat embossed using Black Stampin’ Emboss Powder (item 146956) and the Heat Tool (item 129053).
I chose two cards with bright and bold sentiments from the Best Route Memories & More Card Pack. (Before adhering them to the card front I first added a little extra detail.)
The diamonds from the Beautiful Promenade Stamp Set make a great background. I stamped them randomly over the fronts in Coordinating Ink Colors. I used both Pineapple Punch (item 147141) and the Mango Melody ink (item 147093). The next step was to die cut some additional detailing using the diamond and circle die a couple of times on each card.
I then adhered them directly to the front of both cards, then added the flowers.
The flowers and leaves (6 flowers and 10 leaves) were stamped on Whisper White Cardstock (item 100730) using the Memento Pad (item 132708). I then colored them using the Pineapple Punch (item 147280), Pumpkin Pie (item 144599), Lovely Lipstick (item 147281), and Granny Apple Green (item 147274) Stampin’ Blends Markers Combo Packs.
Once colored I added the lined flower stamp over the top of the colored image for even more detail, and this has been stamped in the coordinating ink colors.
The flower and leaf have a coordinating die making it very easy to cut them out and layer on the bottom right corner of each card. To do this I used Multipurpose Liquid Glue (item 110755) to adhere the Pineapple Punch and Lovely Lipstick flowers and Stampin’ Dimensionals (item 104430) to pop up the Pumpkin Pie flower. To complete the card, I’ve added a few black sequins from the Metallics Sequin Assortment (item 144214).
Hope you have as much fun as I did playing with the Memories & More Card Packs!
