The popularity of the Hand on Heart brand has seen our company grow into one of the UK's leading personalised jewellery retailers in 2015. Our unique range of handcrafted and engraved products take the true handprint, fingerprint, footprint or pets pawprint and turn it into a 'one of a kind' silver keepsake item. Our most popular gifts vary from necklaces, cufflinks, bracelets and beads compatible with brand such as Pandora, Thomas Sabo and Links on London.

Our attention to detail, combined with our exceptional customer feedback (rated by Feefo), has spread the word about the Hand on Heart brand across the UK and into America. Luckily for us, this means we can make more and more beautiful, sentimental pieces in our Penrith studio for our amazing customers and more recently some celebrity parents.

Our special visitor..

You may have seen some of our celebrity customers wearing our jewellery on Instagram and Twitter. We recently made a necklace for Fearne Cotton and a personalised plectrum for partner Jesse, with 'My Daddy rocks' on the reverse. Britain's Got Talent winners Ashley & Pudsey also created a beautiful necklace of Pudsey's pawprint using one of our magic printing kits.

Last week we had a very special Surprise when local celebrity Helen Skelton-Myler dropped into our studio to place her Christmas order using beautiful baby Ernie's prints. Helen grew up just a stones throw away from our studio and was in the area shopping before her move to France this week. Hopefully Richie doesn't see this and we haven't spoiled the surprise!

What next for us?
 

With the demand for Hand on Heart Jewellery both in the UK and US, we have seen our team double in size in 2015 with the introduction of new Skilled Designers and a shiny new marketing office in Leeds. Our growth from a small family run business in Penrith, to the expansion into the huge digital hub of Leeds is a big step for Hand on Heart. Our marketing office in Leeds which opened 6 months ago, has already allowed us to completely re-design our website and open up to International orders from the US, with further expansion to China, Australia, Canada and New Zealand soon to follow. 

Our Penrith studio now employs an amazing team of skilled designers alongside our famous customer service team. Our Cumbrian hub is (and always will be) the heart of the company. We are currently recruiting up to 7 new full and part time members of staff over the Christmas period. Christmas 2015

It feels very early to think about Christmas, but if you plan to surprise someone with our jewellery this year, then its certainly time to think about ordering. Our personalised jewellery is handmade in our Studio in Cumbria and items can take time to produce. As each piece is highly personalised there is a limit to how much jewellery we can make during the Christmas period. 

If you wish to create your jewellery and give as a Christmas gift, we need your order on/before Monday 23rd November to guarantee a Christmas design slot. All Christmas orders come with a free magic print kit, gift wrapped in free luxury gift packaging, with free UK delivery.
