Lucy E - Lucy’s desk is the first stop in the production process for every order we receive and she is responsible for checking and preparing all hand, paw and fingerprints before they move down to the studio to be made into Jewellery.  Each print is tidied up to make sure there any no smudges and all the special little details are picked out to ensure each print is completely unique.  She is also a point of contact for customers who have any questions about the layout or design of their order.

Lauran - Lauran is the resident engraving expert here at HoH and if you’re the lucky owner of an engraved piece of jewellery you can be sure that she has had a hand in creating it. Lauran & her trusty engraving machine Ernie not only design and create all of our beautiful engraved pieces but they also play a part in the design and development of new products and ranges.

Nicola - Nicola is one half of our amazing Handcrafted team and when we say ‘handcrafted’, we really do mean it. Nicola begins the process by rolling out the silver clay, carefully impressing the tiny prints into it and making sure it is cut to the perfect shape and size, be it a heart, circle or even a butterfly. Each piece is dried overnight before being sanded to get rid of any rough edges and popped in the kiln before being passed to our polishing team.

“My favourite part of my job is turning each hand, foot or paw print into a beautiful charm and making sure the detail in each print is clear, as this is what brings it to life and gives it a wow factor, making each piece unique and bespoke. I'm proud to be part of a special team creating something that will be loved and treasured. The nicest thing the postman can deliver.”

Lucy J - Lucy J is our polishing pro and is responsible for giving all of our handcrafted pieces their amazing shine. Every piece goes through an intense polishing process once it has left the kiln, which involves a grand total of 6 different brushes and a coat of oxidising solution if necessary. Her polishing bench is the last stop for handcrafted orders before they are packed so she is an important part of quality control as well, another pair of eyes making sure each piece is perfect before it leaves the studio.

Jade - Jade is the other half of the handcrafted team here at HOH and a real ‘Jade of all trades’, from making and sanding to polishing and packing, she has a hand in every aspect of the process. As well as working with Nicola making the pieces of jewellery, she is also responsible for all the lovely finishing touches such as the personalised back engraving and sending out emails to let customers know that their orders are on their way.

Terri Anne - As Production Supervisor Terri Anne’s main role is one of support, she is there to make sure every aspect of the production process runs smoothly and all orders are dispatched on time. She oversees both the handcrafted and engraving teams, ensuring that they have everything they need to do their jobs and that they are wearing big smiles while doing them.
