Wow, we did it. Today we reached 100,000 likes on Facebook, thank you to all our fans for liking our page, telling us what you think about our products and sharing your photos of the beautiful and unique pieces of jewellery we have made for you.

Hand On Heart started as a Facebook page 7 years ago, where we posted pictures of our very first handprint jewellery designs and asked our fans for their opinions. Listening to our customers on Facebook is just as important today and every new concept starts by making an appearance on our Facebook page.

Each unique hand, foot or fingerprint item we make in our Cumbrian studio has a story behind it, some happy and some sad. It means so much to the Hand On Heart team when a customer posts a photograph on Facebook wearing their jewellery and telling their story.

So today we’re celebrating our 100,000 milestone not by having a big party, but by donating £1000 to Kicks Count, a charity close to our hearts. The Kicks Count mission is to reduce stillbirth in the UK, which unbelievably has the second worst stillbirth rate in the developed world.  They aim to make all pregnant women aware of how important their baby’s movements are, know the most up-to-date recommendations for monitoring movement and have the confidence to speak to a medical professional if they have any concerns.
